Calm Corona Anxiety
Write down all the worries and thoughts that are making you anxious from your head onto paper. Ensure these are specific as you write.
Number them as you write.
Go over them and address each item on the list one by one to identify what you need to address each worry specifically. What can you do? What information do you need? For each concern, develop a plan of action and solution.
By having a plan of action, this is likely to have brought you some relief from the anxiety. Now, complete your plan of action by getting into action mode! Take one at a time, prioritise what you would like to do first and get of the hamster wheel of worry! Problems are for solving and learning from – not wallowing.
