For many, the experience of clinical anxiety can range from a persistent uneasy feeling, being distracted easily, and whole body tension that could potentially lead to the paralytic crisis of a panic attack. These feelings can be exhausting, tiring and can create fear due to the feeling of the urgency of wanting to escape.
All of this is diagnosable and better yet, treatable.
Anxiety yes can feel bad, however, this does not mean that the trigger/situation is bad. There can be many things in the world that bring uncertainty and your brain does not like having that control, so it grabs your attention when it thinks there is a perceived threat or danger which can initiate fight or flight.
