Identify problems that are currently happening now in the present and near future. Then develop a plan of solutions for each problem. If there is no solution or it is out of your hands for now, learn acceptance and tolerating uncertainty until more answers reveal themselves.
Discuss and connect with other people to keep you grounded and realistic. Bottling and keeping problems in can lead to spiraling thoughts.
If anxiety and fear starts to spiral and become overwhelming, ground yourself starting from number one, or seek out help from a mental health professional who can help you manage these unhelpful thoughts and feelings.
