Everyone has these unhealthy habits that in one way or another ends up negatively affecting our lives.

We need to ask ourselves why we do these things if we know that it ends up negatively our minds.

A lot of the unhealthy habits that I’ve listed we do sub-consciously, of course we want approval from others but approval from yourself is far more important.

So instead of these unhealthy habits, try to learn some of these healthy habits that will improve your mental health:

Sleeping Well for the recommended 8 hours
Taking breaks from social media
Exercise regularly
Remember that it’s ok to ask for help
Having an overall positive outlook on life

It is so important to remember that a positive mental attitude can lead to such an enormous difference and these unhealthy habits can be some of the root causes to a negative outlook on life.
